Mental Health Support

We offer mental health services grounded in person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed practices. These programs are included with all participating memberships. To learn more or become a member, please visit our membership page.

Individual Support

In our individual sessions, members can explore topics such as life changes, personal growth, emotional wellbeing, self-regulation, boundaries, resilience, stress management, relationships, connection, or any areas they choose. With over seven years of experience supporting autistic adults, our Wellness Facilitator can also assist with autism-specific challenges, including autistic burnout, masking, and navigating a neuro-normative world.

Group Programs

Our group programs and workshops promote wellness by bringing ARC members together in an inclusive setting. They provide a supportive platform for members to connect, learn, and share lived experiences while encouraging participation in ways that feel comfortable and authentic

Parent Support Network

Our monthly Parent Support Network is currently under review as we explore the best ways to support caregivers moving forward. We appreciate your patience and interest, please stay tuned for updates and future opportunities to connect.
